Enjoy the show on an Ultra Bright High Resolution LED Screen

Not all outdoor cinema screens are equal. OutdoorFlix’s LED screens have the ability to work in extremely high ambient light conditions, and the 3.9 pixel pitch screen (space between each LED), is considered to be high resolution, with fine detail even at close viewing distances.

Projection based cinema packages simply don’t have the flexibility to run all day, so if you’re looking to get the most out of your event by having multiple screenings for different age groups during the day and evening, then OutdoorFlix’s LED screen is the solution for you.

Screen hire cost

Screen hire cost is based on duration of hire, size of screen and sound system required, plus any extra items you may require such as lighting or a generator etc. Don’t forget with OutdoorFlix screens you can organise multiple screenings to maximise your event.

Payment involves a 50% deposit upon booking and the balance payment 7 days prior to the start of the event. For a precise quotation for your location OutdoorFlix can either do a site visit or run through your requirements over the phone or Zoom.

You may also need an entertainment licence from your local authority which has a nominal admin fee. Check with your local council for this cost.

Film licensing cost

Film licensing cost for each film is around £150 if the showing is free or heavily subsidised, or 40% of the ticket sales profit if you are charging. This is booked and paid for via www.filmbankmedia.com. OutdoorFlix can help with this if required.
